JStudio Party Rentals ("we," "us," "our") is a party and event rental business operated by JStudio Tech, Inc. and based in Mount Kisco, NY 10549. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and staff portal, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Payments for JStudio Party Rentals orders are processed through Global Trading Solutions, our payment processing partner. Because of this, charges for your order will appear on your card or bank statement under the name "Global Trading Solutions" rather than "JStudio Party Rentals." This is expected and shown to you again before you complete checkout.
When you book a rental, request catering, submit a group/recurring booking request, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, event date and time, delivery address (for delivery orders), the items or services you're requesting, and any notes or dietary/allergy information you choose to share for catering orders.
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site, described in detail below, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly into a secure field provided by our payment processor, Authorize.net, and sent directly from your browser to Authorize.net. We never see, receive, or store your full card number or security code. Our systems only ever receive a one-time authorization token and, once a payment succeeds, the card's brand and last four digits (e.g. "Visa ending 4242"), which we keep on file for your receipt and for handling any refunds.
If you pay by bank account, your routing and account numbers are used solely to process that one transaction and are not stored in our systems. We retain only the last four digits of the account number, the same way we handle card payments.
We do not store complete card numbers, complete bank account numbers, or card security codes anywhere, at any time.
We use the information you provide to create and fulfill your reservation or request, calculate delivery fees and pricing, process payment, send you confirmation and receipt emails, respond to questions you send us, and notify our own staff internally that a new booking, inquiry, or message needs attention.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive here, so we can improve it. This applies to anyone browsing the site, not only people who go on to book with us.
This site also uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure and improve advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram, and may be used to show our ads to people who have previously visited this site. Meta Pixel tracks page visits and certain actions taken on this site (for example, submitting a booking or a contact message) for this purpose.
Both tools use cookies or similar technology and are operated by Google and Meta, who handle that data under their own privacy policies, not ours. Neither tool is used to collect payment information, and neither has access to your card, bank, or full contact details beyond what's needed to record that a page was visited or an action occurred.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie and privacy settings, or, for Meta specifically, through the ad preferences in your own Facebook or Instagram account.
We do not enroll customers in any text messaging program, and we do not send promotional or marketing text messages to customers. Your phone number is used only to coordinate your order (for example, if we need to reach you about a delivery) and is never shared with a marketing list or third party for their own use.
Separately, our own staff members have opted in to receive internal text notifications on their own phones when a new booking, inquiry, or message comes in through this site, typically a few messages per busy day and never more than one per event. Message and data rates may apply to those staff notifications, the same as any text message. This does not involve or affect customer phone numbers in any way.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your phone number, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this business, and only as needed for them to do that job:

We keep reservation, inquiry, and order records for our normal business recordkeeping (scheduling, accounting, and handling any future questions or disputes about a past order). If you'd like your information removed from our systems, contact us using the details below and we'll handle your request.
This site is intended for adults booking event rentals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
